Shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day from our USA facility. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Shipping is a flat $10 on orders under $200 and free on orders of $200 or more. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.
Packaging
All products are shipped discreetly with temperature in mind. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for transit.
Returns
Because our products are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@pepstar4u.store and we will make it right.
